Fasting Instructions

If you are under the doctor’s care please consult with your doctor prior to committing to these guidelines.

Our fast will be held April 17 through April 21.

PRAYER

We are asking everyone to prepare to pray anywhere from 3-5 minutes at 6am, 9am, 12noon, 3pm, and at 6pm. 

Reading Assignment:

Monday: Hebrews 9

Tuesday: Hebrews 10

Wednesday: Hebrews 11

Thursday: Hebrews 12

Friday: Hebrews 13

FASTING

Fasting hours will begin at 6am until 12/noon. While fasting, please refrain from any and all food. 

You are encouraged to drink water or fruit juice. 

We are expecting the absolute best from God right away.
